Using the starting phrase 'connections', i based my topic on how our mind responds to images put in font of us. I started off looking at mind games and how we train our brain to remember dates in history or the alphabet. Using the theme of learning the alphabet i created my own ABC posters and got people to right down words on the posters that they associated with the different letters of the alphabet. I then moved on the image association and how when we put an image in front of us a reaction is triggered. I used the idea of Rorschach and how they are used to create a response from an 'image'. Using the words from the ABC posters i illustrated 6 words onto cards, and got people to respond with the memories that the images triggered.
